Margin Rate and Calculation

Calculations take their values from the final totals at the highest level of the project, and are updated after each modification brought to the estimation table.

Markup Rate: Established in the Rate field of the Properties dialogue.

Planned Markup Rate: Total of final billable fees divided by the cost fees total.

Fee Margin ($): Total of final billable fees minus the cost fees total.

Fee Margin (%): Value of fee margin ($) divided by the total of final billable fees.

Total Margin ($): Total of final billable fees minus the final cost total for the whole estimation.

Total Margin (%): Value of total margin (%) divided by the final billable total for the whole estimation.
