Save Or Print A Report

You may save or export your report in one of the formats available by clicking on the Export button.

To send a report to the printer, press the printer icon to generate it.

note

The print functionality is only accessible from Internet Explorer as the SSRS printing controls are not compatible with other browsers (such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome). If you are using one of these browsers, you may export the report as a PDF before printing it.
