Recurrences
Recurrences allow you to automatically regenerate a line when accessing a new period.
When you click on the recurrence button to the right of the line, a change in color will indicate that this activity is now considered a recurrence in future periods. A dark grey icon indicates that the line is set as recurring, and a light grey icon indicates that it is not or no longer recurring.
This line item will be available until you unclick the recurrence or until the activity becomes inactive.
Recurrences can be set in both the timesheet and expense report.
It is suggested that you configure your Recurrences for the activities that you do every week. Lines that are used less frequently should be classified under Favorites. Classifying too many lines as recurrences may reduce the performance of your timesheet application. Refer to the Favorites section for more details.
