Generate Reports Based On Filters

You may generate a report using any of the filters given below:

  • Company: Select the company, if you have access to more than one
  • Start Date: The date on which you want to start having entries included in the report
  • End date: The date on which you want to stop having entries included the report
  • Resource: Specify the resource for which you want to print a report, if you have access to more than one employee or resource.
  • Project Customer: The customer for the project (All or selection)
  • Timesheet Type: Type of transactions (All or selection: time, expenses, internal expenses)
  • Project: Project(s) to be included in the report (All or selection)
  • Productivity Code: Productivity codes to be included in the report. This filter will enable printing of the administrative time only or the client time

The following options may also be specified:

  • Sort Order: Sort by project or by productivity code
  • Show Comments: Include or exclude comments
  • Show Tax Schedule: Displays or hides selected tax schedules
  • Show Signature: Generates a line at the bottom of the report for signing
  • Split By Week: Displays the periods without starting a new page

After selecting your filters and options, click View Report to generate the report. If the report has several pages, you may move between them by clicking on the arrows for that purpose or by specifying which page you want to view.
