When a timesheet is saved

Information related to the activity or task will be saved even if it does not meet the activity requirements. The caution icon will appear next to the line notifying you that information must be entered or modified.

Click on that line item to review all actions required before you can send this timesheet.

When a timesheet is sent

If you try to send a timesheet with lines that do not meet all requirements, you will get the following message:

You will need to modify these lines before being able to send your timesheet. As you make the modifications, the warning notifications will disappear. Once all criteria have been met for all line items, you may send your timesheet.
